Look Up is a participatory public art app by Ekene Ijeoma which prompts the public to look up at street intersections in New York City to embrace the its’ diversity and engage in serendipity.
Look Up prompts participants to look up by vibrating and showing a notification if they’re in an app or showing eyeball animations in the background if they’re on their home screens.
